Income Qualification

Allowed income for affordable homes is based on the number of occupants. Total gross income of household members over the age of 18 cannot exceed the below max annual gross income. Minimum income of total combined household for all applicants must be at least two and one half (2.5) times the amount of monthly rental rate.

Income requirements are based on ARCH rates and area median income (AMI) and are subject to change annually.

90% AMI (Available Now):

  • 1 Occupant: $103,572 Max
  • 2 Occupants: $118,368 Max
  • 3 Occupants: $133,164 Max
  • 4 Occupants: $147,960 Max

80% AMI (Limited Availability):

  • 1 Occupant: $92,064 Max
  • 2 Occupants: $105,216 Max
  • 3 Occupants: $118,368 Max
  • 4 Occupants: $131,520 Max
