Affordable Home Requirements
Allowed income for affordable homes is based on the number of occupants. Total gross income of household members over the age of 18 cannot exceed the below max annual gross income.
Minimum income of total combined household for all applicants must be at least two and one half (2.5) times the amount of the monthly rental rate.
